In September 2023, Cadillac introduced the eagerly anticipated 2025 Cadillac CT5, marking a significant mid-cycle refresh. This update brings a host of enhancements to both the exterior and interior of this luxury sedan. With production now underway, GM Authority had the opportunity to take an exclusive first look at the 2025 Cadillac CT5.
Alex Luft, the Executive Editor at GM Authority, widely regarded as “The Authority,” provided an in-depth tour of the refreshed Cadillac CT5 at the North American Auto Show. The spotlight was on a 550T Premium Luxury model, showcasing a stunning Radiant Red Tintcoat (color code GNT) exterior and an exquisite Sedona Sauvage with Jet Black accents interior (color code HZK).
2025 Cadillac CT5 Exterior: Sharper Lines, Bold Presence
The most striking transformation lies in the CT5’s revitalized front fascia. Gone is the previous design; in its place stands a confident new visage. Unbroken vertical lines dominate the scene, housing stacked LED headlamps that echo the design language of its siblings, the CT4 and CT6. Horizontal turn signals lead the eye towards a revised front grille, adding a touch of contemporary flair.
2025 Cadillac CT5 Interior: A Technological Oasis
Stepping inside the CT5 is like entering a technological haven. The centerpiece is a captivating 33-inch diagonal LED color display with a staggering 9K resolution. This all-new interface, borrowed from the Cadillac Lyriq, boasts an array of user-friendly features. Google takes center stage with built-in Assistant, Maps, and Play, seamlessly integrated with OnStar, GM Super Cruise, and an optional 5G Wi-Fi hotspot. An intriguing detail – the display proudly showcases a forward-facing Cadillac crest, a subtle emblem of luxury visible from the driver’s seat.

Under the hood, the 2025 CT5 retains the potent spirit of its predecessor. The twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 LGY gasoline engine pumps out a thrilling 335 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque.
